Returns

I gladly accept returns on unopened and unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping. Please email me at aleya@herbanwoods.com for all information on returning your item.

Custom orders are non-returnable.

 

Refunds

Refunds will be credited to original payment method. Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges and are non-refundable.

 

Undeliverable Packages

If your package is returned to me because the address was entered incorrectly or the package was unclaimed, I will gladly reship it, but the buyer is responsible for the additional shipping charge. 

 

Damaged/Incorrect Items

If you received an incorrect or damaged item, please email me at aleya@herbanwoods.com immediately so that I can correct the problem. I will require photos for damaged items for possible insurance claims.
