Infuse 1-2 teaspoons in 8oz hot water for 5-10 minutes.
For Golden Milk: Heat 1 cup milk of choice and 1-2 tsp Turmeric Chai in a small saucepan. Simmer on low for 10-15 minutes. Strain into a mug, add honey to sweeten, and enjoy!

It's an interesting flavor tea. It's different but actually tastes pretty good.
I bought this for my husband for Christmas. He said it was a little 'chunky' for him...some of the ingredients were too large. He did like the taste of the tea, though.
